E-shop rules
1. General provisions
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter the Rules) are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties and other e-shop related provisions.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.
2. Protection of personal data
Any information that relates to personal data and is recorded on the Sermia Club website is considered confidential and non-public.
3. Buyer's rights
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Sermija Club e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods concluded with the Sermijos klubas e-shop by notifying the Seller in writing (by e-mail indicating the desired product and its order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of invoice. Goods can be returned only if the goods are of poor quality or damaged. If the selected model or size did not match - the goods can be returned if they were not portable, the commercial appearance is preserved, the labels are not torn off.
4. Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
5. Seller's Rights
5.1. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the online store-club or does not comply with its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend his access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
5.2. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.
6. Obligations of the Seller
6.1. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of the personal information belonging to him, specified in the Sermia Club registration form, except for the cases specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Rules on Personal Data Protection".
6.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in Clause 8 of the Rules.
6.3. The Seller, being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if the advance payment has been made.
7. Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms
7.1. The prices of the goods in the e-shop and in the formed order are indicated in euros with VAT.
7.2. Orders can be paid for by advance transfer at a bank branch or by logging in to your bank's electronic banking system. Fill in the bank transfer form, indicating the details of Sermia:

When paying the bill, it is necessary to indicate the ID of your club member (enter next to the “Payer Code”) and the order number (enter next to the “Purpose of Payment”).
7.3. Only after receiving the payment for the goods, the formation of the parcel of goods begins and the term of delivery of the goods begins to count.
8. Delivery of goods
8.1. When ordering the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods and the contact telephone number.
8.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In case he cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
8.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods. These terms do not apply in cases when the Seller does not have the required goods in stock and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of goods.
8.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
8.6. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the Seller or his authorized representative. After the buyer signs the invoice
